These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of expertdrip.com ("the Service") operated by Original Solutions Pty Ltd trading as Expert Drip ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
To access paid or enrolled courses, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

Upon purchase or enrollment, you receive personal, non-transferable access to the course content. Courses use a drip schedule — modules unlock progressively over the course duration. You retain access to unlocked modules indefinitely while your account remains active.
Course content is for your personal learning only. You may not redistribute, resell, or share course materials (audio, text, resources) with others.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge the stated amount to your chosen payment method.
We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date by contacting us at hello@expertdrip.com.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. After 14 days, purchases are non-refundable.
All course content — including audio recordings, written materials, graphics, and resources — is the intellectual property of Expert Drip or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from course materials without our written permission.
Expert Drip courses are built through behavioral modelling of publicly observable expert behavior. The experts referenced in our courses are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or involved in Expert Drip in any way. Course content represents our independent analysis and interpretation of publicly available information.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Expert Drip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
